Fees and Charge Out Rates

We know that costs are a very important consideration for clients. Unfortunately they are also very hard to estimate until we have conducted the discovery workshop. But here is a rough guide of what to expect:

Discovery workshop Fees

Depending on the amount of information provided by the client beforehand, this will be in the range of $450 - $850. This will include time to conduct meetings and to write the Project Road-map. The cost will depend on the client and project scope.

Sprint Fees

We will provide an estimated cost per sprint (fortnight) and this will be defined in the Project Road-map. When you are invoiced you will be provided a break-down of hours and tasks completed during the sprint.

Standard Charge Out Rate

Our standard rate for work is $85 per hour, not including GST.
